BJ Harvest Services was strategically incorporated on February 4, 2016, following the successful acquisition of Gold Eagle Services—a move that expanded our capabilities and solidified our market presence. As a privately held Singaporean company, we specialize in delivering elite labour solutions and comprehensive port management services to the Port Authority of Singapore (PSA).

Our foundation is built upon the vision of our experienced co-founders, who personally oversee all operations. Their hands-on leadership and deep industry expertise ensure that our manpower staffing solutions are not only reliable and efficient but are also engineered to meet the complex and demanding requirements of a global maritime hub. We don't just supply staff; we deliver operational excellence and are a trusted partner in our clients' success.

Mr Bernard Chong Kok Keong

Managing Director (Operations)

previously held various management role in port operation services for the past decade. Beginning his career as a role of safety officer in port services to move on to operation management role in various field, he has a vast knowledge in operation safety and manpower employment regulatory.

Ms Joyce Liew May Lin

Director (Accounts)

over a decade of accounting experience in man labour businesses and is well-versed with MOM ruling and regulatories. She has been leading the company accounts departments and overseeing the company’s financing.

BJ Harvest is proud to participate in the globally recognized EcoVadis sustainability rating platform, which evaluates companies on environmental, social, and ethical performance across four key areas: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.

 In our first assessment in March 2026, the company achieved a Bronze rating, placing us in the top 35% of evaluated organizations based on our scorecard results. The assessment also helps identify environmental, social, and ethical risks within the supply chain, and evaluates company policies, actions, and results based on evidence-based documentation submitted by our organization.
